Prithvi Raj Banerjee, a distinguished MIT-trained technologist and successful entrepreneur, has released his highly anticipated book, Mindful Thinking, a groundbreaking guide designed to help individuals cultivate focus, calm, and mental resilience in today’s fast-paced digital world.

Born in the historical streets of Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, Banerjee’s journey is nothing short of extraordinary. From a disciplined upbringing in a home established by his railway-officer grandfather after the Partition, to excelling at IIT-BHU, and ultimately making his mark at the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Banerjee has always balanced the rigors of academia and technology with deep personal reflection and mindfulness.
