Lucknow, India – 2025:
Some ventures are born out of ambition. Others are born out of heart. ElderCare LLP, co-founded by Devansh Sharma and Rajeev Roshan, stands proudly in the second category — a dream rooted in empathy, service, and a promise to restore dignity to India’s elders.
Devansh Sharma, the great-grandson of Late Maharaj Jai Narayan Bharadwaj of Rampur, carries forward a legacy of compassion and social responsibility. Along with his college friend and co-founder Rajeev Roshan (35% share), he envisioned ElderCare not as a business to win, but as a mission to serve.
Currently in its registration stage, ElderCare is developing an AI-driven senior assistance platform that will redefine how India cares for its elders. Through a three-stage model, the startup combines technology and human touch — offering 24×7 help through one helpline for all household and medical needs, personal home assistants with GPS and body cameras, and an AI-integrated system that ensures every elder feels safe, supported, and valued.
In partnership with Google, ElderCare will also provide AI-based assistance free of cost for citizens aged 70+ with annual incomes below ₹2 lakh, making it India’s first inclusive digital elder support model.
While Devansh leads the mission as its visionary founder, Rajeev forms the backbone of execution — together embodying a rare blend of friendship, leadership, and service.

Beyond ElderCare, Devansh also runs the NGO Helping Brother, which sponsors the education of underprivileged children — continuing a family tradition of uplifting lives with dignity and care.
As ElderCare prepares for its national-scale launch, it symbolizes more than a startup — it’s a movement born from compassion, built on technology, and driven by two young hearts determined to make aging a beautiful journey once again.
